Pushup 53 (40)
Squat 52 (44)
Shoulder press 64 (48)
Step back lunge 52 (44)
Spiderman 46 (31)
Step thru lunge 34 (28)
Curl and press 36 (29)
Squat 51 (40)

Wow - as sore as I was, I am pleasantly surprised in my density improvement. It seemed when I was doing the meltdown, that my stats were going to be lower because I am so incredibly sore :-)
