Workout #1 -- ICP 6:45am 2:20, 2:09, 2:10, 2:10

Completely completely did this workout with very little energy, but pressed through 4 circuits.

Workout #2 -- Power Circuit 5:00pm / 52

Workout #3 -- Pyramid @ 8:30PM / full pyramid
